Vianello Oro Corp. can be considered a special manufacturing and wholesale partner because of its ability to perform most services in-house. Providing these activities in-house, while also maintaining a high-level of quality in each activity, allows us to provide the best merchandise to our customers. We are able to keep a strong level of control over the value chain, allowing for a seamless process and high quality control. In addition, it allows us to run our operations, thus helping us work towards delivering merchandise at a faster pace relative to others.
Development
Utilizing our design and trend analysis experience, our 100+ R&D team is able to bring concepts to life via CAD designs and 3D machine printing.
Stone handling
With a trained staff, we are able to hand and machine check each stone to understand its qualities (e.g., imperfections) and size. We also have trained staff to cut and polish stones to the exact measurements needed, thus reducing lead times and maintaining quality.
Gold handling
Regarding gold, we have the ability to cast, polish / sand, solder, and clean in-depth in-house. This allows us to maintain a high level of QC, as we are able to check each part of the process, catch potential issues, and reduce potential for miscommunications.
Finishing
Finally, we have strong stone setting and plating capabilities within our factory. Having both of these activities near the design and stone and gold handling teams allows us to make sure the pieces come out beautifully and exceed expectations.
